- Three in person or Skype meetings with your wedding planner.
- Unlimited phone and email communication.
- Unlimited vendor referrals.
- Attend three vendor appointments of your choice.
- Event design and décor discussion.
- Attend final tasting appointment with the couple if needed.
- Collect/Review vendor contracts.
- Floor plan design
- Attend final venue walkthrough with the client and venue coordinator.
- Wedding day timeline (3 weeks prior to wedding date).
- Coordination of wedding rehearsal (1 hour).
- Vendor confirmation (2 weeks prior to wedding date).
- Wedding day timeline for all day of professional vendors. (2 weeks prior to wedding date).
- Direction and orchestration of your wedding ceremony and reception.
- Assist venue with favors, décor, cake table, guest book table, and gift table setup.
- Collection of favors, programs, guest book, pictures, place cards, toasting glasses.
- Management of the entire event.
- Wedding Emergency Kit on hand.
- Ensure gratuity is distributed to the appropriate vendors (paid by the wedding couple).
